Pyrosive helped look for balloons
I saw this tool in my gym on thursday. Guy comes in with a slicked back pony tail with a bucket of grease in it. He does 8 exercises. All bicep variations. I got a good laugh out of it

Pretty good numbers for a 5'6", 170 lb. sophomore, I guess. But if I have a week like the last one, I'm not going to get to 1000 in time. Baseball keeps on getting in the way.

Call shens if you want, but there is a guy in the school I just graduated from that I played ball with. His name is Alan Browning, he's about 5'10", 185. He is going to the 11th grade. But he benches 295, PC 305, and squats 420 or so. It's crazy. He used to be a fatass and he started working really really hard, now he's in good shape and strong as an ox.

One of my buddies from Highschool had numbers something like this at 17:
315 bench, 550+dl, 400+squat. I can't remember the exact numbers, but his total was over 1200.

I'm probably around 800lbs, not even close to 1000 yet. But I haven't been deadlifting very long so I'm weak on it compared to my other lifts, and my deadlift and squat progress have been non-existent lately because I've had plantar fasciitis for about 8 months. My squat weight has actually gone down. There are days I have to skip squats and deads altogether, it's frustrating as hell.

Seperated a rib legpressing and pulled my hammy doing cardio lol. Havent lifted hard in a few months, but im pretty sure my squat is still close to that

Pretty damn impressive. I ****ed up some muscle near my ribcage last summer leg pressing, it sucked for a good month.
