Honestly, I made this thread because its 330am and I'm bored as ****. But whilst I have your intention, Who among us has at leat a 1000 total? Total meaning squat+deadlift+bench.

215 bench, 275 squat, 365 deadlift

im 5 11 225 pound
bench 325, dead lift 405 (could be higher havent maxed out in a while) squats: havent maxed but i did 275 x10 the other day at the gym so Im over the 1k mark.

Pretty sure I'm over the 1k mark or at least damn close to it, but haven't maxed on anything in awhile. I'm over 300 on the bench, somewhere past 330 on the deadlift and over 300 on the squat. But I can't put down exact numbers because like I said, I haven't maxed in months.

I'm in a similar spot. Right around 300 on bench(295 is the most I've put up), 405ish dl, and have no clue what my squat is because I've never worked under 5 reps.

Yep, same exact deal. Last time I did a single on the bench it was 295 months ago. My best deadlift was 330, but once again, months ago. And I never do less than 5 on the squat either.

Yupp. Ive switched up the exercises, switched been barbell and dumbbell, and changed reps.

Edit - All those are over time, not all at once

I dont if its just me but when I get the the point where my maxs arent going up on the bench Ill hit my incline hard for a month or so. Incline dumbbells press and flys. I still do the flat bench but not as much and it seems to push me over the hump again but everyones different.

250 bench, 355 deadlift, and ive only ever done 315x3 on squat (ATG however)

920ish

Im shootin for 1100 club by december

Chaotic, did you like bench only for the first year of your lifting ?

It's just realizing that training primarily your chest is stupid as hell. Too many of us started out wrong, primarily benching and somehow thinking it was shaping our entire bodies. A whole year is a long time though...it took me about 3 months to finally realize I should be training my back and legs a lot more.

I used to be pushing dominant (more weight with bench than row), but now I'm slightly pull dominant.

I think its great when you got the people at the gym that just come in pound out the flat bench and leave. Or the dudes with hte big chest and bis but tiny legs.
