I just got my friends Epiphany firing without any leaks. Changed all the
o-rings and added fresh lube. Problem is adjusting the settings on the stock board. I'm getting First Shot Drop Off so I figure it's either the Dwell or ROF. I'm using a 45/45 hpa crossfire and the blue insert.

1. How do you set the default settings on the stock board?
2. What are the correct settings for the blue inserts?
