Shocker Wont Fire. PLease help(first time owner)

I know the schematics of the SFT marker... as i have broken one down and lubed it up. But this one has me stumped. The marker will not fire, airs up around 190~. Holds and retains air perfectly fine. The marker chirps and has vision so i turn that off. Regardless of how I take it apart it just wont shoot.

Can any shed light on some possible solution or things i can do. I also do not understand really the dwell, im used to LCD screens on my marker

thanks in advanced

You're likely looking at some nasty bolt stick. Pull the assembly and check to see how freely the bolt moves. If it's tight, look at putting looser fitting orings in the inner sleeve and inner can.

Verify that (if sprung) there is no binding on the spring.

Make sure your dwell is between 12-16 for most any combination of assemblies - you can fine tune after it reliably fires.

If marker is sealing, you could be experiencing pneumatic lockout from a small leak in the firing assembly. Check all the orings for dry rot, splits, or other damage.

Clean all lube off the engine and apply a light coating (make them look pretty wet, but not goopy) of dow33. Sl33k, lurker, or pooty lubes are all good options. I never had much luck with hater, but others swear by it.

Good luck!

Check your noid inserts. They should be more or less flush with the bottom of the body. If they are offset, air doesn't travel where it's meant to travel.

Other than that:

New battery
Plug your wiring harness in "backwards"
Does noid click? I'm guessing yes since you rebuilt.
Does upper board have screw damage?

Assuming it's a stock cricket (the chirp you are describing) board, I would start here:

You may not have your dwell and or recharge rate set correctly.
