The good,.... and the bad...
The good: I got my frame today, not what I expected, evil was awsome and sent me a whole new frame (Black trigger!!) Plus a whole new on/off and a new detonator. Definatly sweet customer service.
Now, the bad...
I put on the new frame, charged the battery, BUT it wont cock, I mean I pull back the back block to cock it and the sear does not catch, it just acts like it has no frome on it. Now, I have taken it apart, inspected everything, the sear looks to be ok, the internals are in properly, the screws on the frame are in good, but she wont cock. Im thinking the sear might be messed up cause its a new frame, I hope not though. Any suggestions, advice, anything?

This gun is a sear tripper, so clearly the sear is not catching. You've already checked the connection to the hammer and that was fine, so it has to be the trigger frame. open the grip frame and look at the solonoid... you'll notice the piston is pointed downward, there's a metal peice there that the piston rests on.... make sure that peice is fully extended, if it is not then this problem can sometimes occur because the sear can't come to a complete rest if the piston can't extend all the way.
If that's not the problem post again, there are a few other things we can try...

ok, I look at the selinoid, it has a dark gray inner peice, the coil I belive, and then it has the outer peice. Now, the outer peice is fully extended downwards, but there is a metal peice seperating the selinoid from the battery area, that I never saw on my silver triggered one. That peice may be preventing the sear from extending fully downwards.
Also, Im going to try using a little electrical tape on the sear so that it will be a little higher and might catch.
Ill post pics tonight.

Pics would be very helpful... as for electrical tape I wouldn't suggest it.

open up the grip cheek and look inside. the solenoid plunger has a black metal divider that keeps the battery from shifting around and pushing up on the solenoid plunger which keeps the sear in the downwards position. So chancers are that somehow the black divider is holding the solenoid plunger upwards so the sear can not pop up and catch the hammer plate. push down on the black divider so the solenoid plunger can drop down and let the sear catch. If the dosen't work us at (800) 579-1633 and we can walk threw a few more things with you.

Shoots great w/ the black trigger, I did chop a ball though, and the bolt also got stuck back. But when I worked it out and adjust the recock and reg it was set.

well I thought that I couldnt move the peice under the plunger, so when I first opened it up I though it was normal, because I could still move it some... But then once he said that it may be that peice in paticular and to try to move it, I noticed it was caught on one edge of the plunger, and a simple adjustment fixed the problem. Thanks for helping everyone.
