So who all is using the viewloader Orion on this site?

Why specifically an Orion? All the modern BE/VL guns are basically the same, with minor differences in body milling, a few stock accessories, and of course color.

I have floating around in my collection and parts piles 2 Avengers, an Avenger 2, a Genesis, a Lancer, and a Charger. Though the Avenger 2, Lancer, and Charger are the only ones picture worthy...

This is my VL Orion it had the chrome gas thru grip removed that removed the co2 set up as you can see ill be converting it to a 12 gram cartiage system ill be adapting a RAP4 setup to the gun and have it located just ahead of the bolt housing. Too be done is the trigger guard is going as well the trigger im keeping it mechanical however i never did like the 2 finger setup and i love my C7A1 trigger while i was in BMQ so ill be cutting it down to a single finger the trigger frame X bracing will be removed to lighten the marker. My stock bolt I'm machining it to have a T style bolt for easier cocking of marker.Than for hopper ill be adding a 45 degree elbow and using a 10 round pod as a magazine.The marker was tested for about 500fps prior to me removing the c02 setup.
