my ex would put that a1 crap on steaks all the time
i made us some steaks one night 26 bucks per steak
AMAZING filets
and she put a1 on it before tasting it without

in out steakhouse outlet they do a really nice truffle holendaze that is served under the fillet. its pretty bomb

if i use a sauce its a nice thick mushroom demi made from veal stock.

for my steak tacos i use either a four peaks kiltlifter (local beer)marinade or one made from cilantro, orange juice, chipotle peppers garlic salt and pepper.

i agree a good steak doesnt need A1. I have some amazing filets but still enjoy it even more when I sauce it in someway.

Last night I didn't have A1 I took the **** in the pan from when I first seared the steaks (mixture of season salt,garlic,and some steak seasoning) deglazed the pan with oj,balsamic vinegar, woshsicwerere sauce, hot sauce, butter, and some tequila.

Turned out really well I think its my first attempt like that and I'm happy with the outcome.

Which steakhouse, I know back in the day Stuart Anderson's Black Angus was the best steak I could find in AZ. Now I'm all about slow smoking aged marbled beef.

I put Franks on ****ty steak. If I buy a decent cut and grill it myself, I usually just eat it with a little salt depending on how it comes off the grill.

Not a fan of steak sauce, only use it when its a low quality beat steak.

I do love cajun butter/spicings though.
