If you want someone to put it through wet and cold, I'm happy to test in the UK.
I have a 4500psi compressor and box of Reballs, so I should be able to crank out a good number of shots with it.
Probably makes no odds to the bolt at all, but as we are naming boards, I have WAS, APE and a Casablanca code board to hand.
Have you considered installing a bumper in front of the bolt sail o-ring? It's another groove in the bolt, and hence another potential weak spot, but equally could take out some of the impact/shock of the bolt cycling.
