Omen Performaed Flawlessly today.
My new Omen has been flawless out of the box. I didnt have to adjust anything, no recock, nothing.
I chronoed it today at the field....right at 290.
Then, put over a case and a half through it....right around 2800 balls...not one single chop. Very accurate, no kick (at least that I noticed in the least).
People were like "I hear those are bad", I said..look mine works great...no problems all day.
Plus it was nice having the only one on the field

yea my bumper is still in great shape too. One person there was thinking about buying an omen so i let him try it out. The people who knew what it was seemed impressed.

yah of course But if I get a Omen it will be the back up to the viking thats why i can't afford a Omen right now.
And Besides, if I get a Omen...I's going to cost $1000 or more(my custom Blood Omen, read up on my thread)

My favorite....
So I go to a local indoor field to get my tank topped up, being the lazy kind of guy I am, I never bothered to unscrew my preset from the ASA. Walk into the place, say hi to the dude behind the counter, hand him my gun and ask him to top it up. He sits there turning the Omen over in his hands, looking at it from every angle. I swear he looked like a monkey trying to do a math problem.
I let him sit there for about 2 minutes before I leaned over the counter and kind of whispered..."it's an Omen".
He just walked off looking half confused to fill my tank. I just chuckled.

Dude that was so 3 weeks ago! LOL.
I got offered $200 more then I paid. I still have it but the money order is enroute. Plus I just can not justify a $1350 right now for how much I play. The viking is $500 less, and it's performace is just fine.

Is the Viking as good as they say it is? You really don't need to upgrade it at all? What kind of stock barrel does it come with ?
