Question omen + lp tank

First of all i know this thread has been done before i just want to see what people have to say now that omens are more widely available.
How does the omen shoot with an lp tank such as the crossfire lp tank. Before i heard that it would starve the gun for air but more and more people seem to be recommending them. I'd like to hear from someone how has actually tried it.

I use one on mine and it is fine. No shootdown, no low velocity shots, and I can reach 300 fps + easily.

I use adjustable tanks only, and i've set my tank output to around 400 before and i didn't have any shootdown. So you should be fine with a crossfire LP

Today my centerflag hyperflow died so I barrowed a freinds Nitro Duck X-reg set at 400psi. I noticed no shoot down whatso ever even on high strings of fire. Omen rocked the house.

Omens operate at sub 300 psi, so any reg with an output over 400 in good working order and good flow will do the job. The reason everyone goes with 800 psi outputs is that even if these hard to maintain regs (cept the PE, they are easy to take apart) if they beat down a little they still put out enough juice to charge a vert reg... however most vert regs are directly effected, even if it is only a 20-50 psi by their input pressure. The way the detonator works it wont be affected by bad input nearly as much as most regs on the market.

You can also turn PE tanks from HP to LP I believe. I think you just order a spring set from PMI and switch it out... Not entirely positive on that though.
