Forum software that doesnt require you to register

i want to add a forum to my site, but i also want a forum in it that doesnt require you to register as a user. does anyone no of any programs that does that? im looking crazy for one!!

Most forums have the option to let people post without having to register but if you go this route, good luck fighting off the spam.

No registration with a hard CAPTCHA might be pretty effective. No-reg only is certain disaster.

I highly recommend using registration software and at least 2 anti-spam measures (my forums use a math question + a modified Captcha that makes it damn near impossible to scan the info which apparently new forum bots are doing).

Otherwise you'll end up with a TON of spam. Those forum spambots are getting better and better. I had 30 users a day signing up for one of my forums and posting and that was with Captcha enabled.

Now I have none w/ the 2 prong attack.
