Event #2 Entry

The MSXL would like to apologise for any inconvenience due to the unfortunate series of events today.

To help make up some of the expense the teams were out today we are willing to do 2 things.

1)Your next event (ANY 2009 MSXL) entry is on the MSXL.

2)The make-up date will also be discounted $100**

**Must be paid in full 2 weeks prior to event only applies to teams who paid for MSXL Event #2 and have used there free event. (Date to be released soon)

I think this is an excellent gesture on the leagues part. Livewire will be at all of the reamaining events. Looking forward to all of the competition, hope to see all of the teams at the June event.

Darrin, thats a great plan, I know that the money for this comes out of your cut or straight from your pocket. This should help the teams that really felt as though they wasted a lot of time and money without any return. I know that we will attend all remaining events, although as usual with minimum players. Thanks again to all GAS staff, the feild looked really good on friday , it was a shame that it all went to hell, I thought the house with pool in a pool was SWEET, maybe they'll invite us down for a pool party some time!

Following that the event does not conflict with a previous event....

To help the MSXL Reflex Photography will provide a free 8x10 Team Photo to all teams that attend the make up event, as per our usual standard a digital original will also be provided, posted for free download on our site. Our first experience with the MSXL was incredible, as a player and now vendor the MSXL is a major improvement in our region over leagues that pop up every few years then fall flat.

Tapper if you have any issues with this I will pull the offer but we at RP want the MSXL to do well and will help in any way we can.

The Carnivorous poptarts are going to try to make the rest of the series. The proving grounds is a long trip from GA but we will try to make it.

It was dissapointing that we didnt get to play, but it was understandable, that was a lot of bad weather and unfortunate about the compressor.

Please allow me to clear up any confusion.

The MSXL will allow teams who paid for Event#2 to apply that entry to any future MSXL event.

Also I will reduce the following entry by $100. =
$250.00/ Entry 30 days before event.
$300.00/ Entry 14 days before event.
$350.00/ Entry 07 days before event.

so those are the prices for the 3rd and 4th event after PG?

You can apply it to any event and I am still going to pay the field owner, refs and prize money.

You must use your make-up entry to qualify for the $100 off following event.

The fees that were paid to the MSXL for event #2 will be applied to the next event that you play. Then, the next event that you play will be discounted by $100 as per previous post. So the teams won't lose their entry from event #2, it will just be used to pay for the next event.
