He Just Couldnt Handle The Lambo

So, I was at work today, and all of a sudden one of our customers comes in and says we need to come check out this car that got wrecked. Thinking its a normal car, we head out.

Turns out, this guy has wrecked his lamborghini(sp?). He has this girl with her, and they both are pretty shaken up. There is coolant leaking from the front end of the car, dont know if it was a radiator, transmission coolant, whatever it was it leaked all in our parkinglot. haha.

So here is how we put the picture together of what went down. He came around the U-turn under the freeway, got into it, SOMEHOW lost the car, and put it into the curb. Which ****ed up the passenger side of the car PRETTY badly. Somehow gets the car into the parkinglot, and starts leaking his fluids all over.

Turns out, he just met the girl. Like 20 minutes before hand. She was FINE, so I'm sure just hanging out with him because of the car. He started showing off, and put the car in.

The plot thickens as time passes. Now all of a sudden, a guy drives up with his girlfriend/wife. He is the owner of an exotic car rental dealership here, Turns out... THE LAMBO IS RENTED. This guy rented a lambo to drive around, and wrecks it. We were talking, and he left the dealership about 4 hours prior.

Anyway, You can put the pictures together, sorry for my long drawn out story. Here are just the few pictures I was able to get.

Thats him up there with the sunglasses.

HA. Close. We were talking to the owner of the rental place when he showed up.

He paid 3000 bucks, just for a 9 hour day with it. This happened at about...3ish. So he at least got 5 or 6 hours out of it I'd imagine.

A guy that comes in all the time took better pictures with his camera, I will try and get them.

It may be wrecked but if I paid $3,000 to take it out for the day, I would be standing near it too. At least he's not posing (doesn't look so to me).

one of the things we knows is, its not how you stand next to your car, its how you race it.

He actually was a tool. He was really arrogant, and had that snobby "I'm better than you" attitude. Even while his chick was ditching him, and his rented car was totaled.

Plus, he was in a button up shirt, green athletic shorts, the sunglasses, dc shoes, and had the bottom like.... 4 buttons of his shirt unbuttoned. So when the wind blew, his beer belly was shown to all.

no, if there was a deposit involved, he'll lose that, but otherwise, the rental place's insurance will cover it.

Oh. It would really suck to have to pay for repairs to that car. I imagine the rental owner was pissed though.

Wrong. We talked to the owner and his girlfriend/wife when they showed up. The guy had to upgrade his insurance coverage before he could rent the car. They have to get somthing directly from your insurance company showing you have upgraded your coverage amount. So he has to claim it all on his insurance, then, should there be any problems, they have their own insurance should they need it.

From what I got out of the converstation, the owner wont be out any money, but the guy that rented it is going to have one HELL of an insurance bill.
