Truth and fairness should not be how you interpret the constitution. It is based on judicial philosophies that sometimes don't necessarily need to be fair.

There are two other justices who are supposed to retire soon right? We're in for a huge swing to the left if Obama gets to pick three justices.
Well you obviously don't know too much about the current Supreme Court as the three that are potentially going to step down, Souther, Ginsburg, and Steven are all on the left side of the court, Scalia, Thomas, Alito, Roberts are all the "conservative" guys. So in reality not much will probably change. It'll end up being 4 v 4 with Kennedy being the deciding vote which happens pretty often.
