Well you can look at it this way, and I am not saying the government is right. Just pointing out some potential reasons.
Crack is more powerful, cheaper, and more addictive.
Cocaine is more expensive.
The scum bags on the street are going to do crack, the rich man is going to do cocaine.
Who poses more of a threat to society, the scum bag, or the white collar guy?
And to boot, Crack is more powerful and more addicting.
Once again, not agreeing with government policy, just posting reasons it might be that way.
