when i air up the gun the it just chills in the req and the gun saying the pressure is off the charts basically wayy past 300 psi and when i try to lower the pressure it just doesnt want to move? and suggerstions to do on my own would be great but if i have to bring it thats fine too

Might be a busted gauge on the gun if it doesn't move at all.

yeah it just says and after i start to loosen the regulator, the air just flys out then it will go back to zero so i mean it moves in that way and the sad part is it was my first time shootin it and never shot it...bad experience with a brand new gun

i have the same problem with mine. i can only get it to crono at no more than 240 fps before the reg locks up the gun and wont shoot. i have to turn the reg back down and slowly let pressure out of the reg by tapping the trigger ans then it will shoot again. i cant get it cronoed any higher.

the epiphany aka the hammer (cause i keep it in my tool box. thats all its good for.)

dunno what all the hates is for the epiphany but i had the same problem with my stock reg and my coach had to sort it out for me. Probably have the reg cranked too far up try lowering it as low as it will go then working your way back...turn shoot turn shoot dont just crank it up look at your gauge.

did you ever disassemble your reg or anything recently?

actually i did, when it came to my house it was loose so i dont know if that has anything to do with it

First, check that the pressure gauge is actually working. If not, disassemble clean and inspect your regulator for broken o rings and other possible damaged parts. If your regulator can't be repaired get a better one.
