I have a pure energy 20 oz co2 tank that a kid gave me cause he lost my 12 oz (though now I use HPA anyway) and the hydrotest date is faded. How can I find out if it is valid?

This is Tank as in holy **** there's an armored, mechanized vehicle in front of me Tank. Not tank as in high pressure air cylinder that powers my marker.
