Gap At HB
Before you read this review, know this:
1. My team is self funded.
2. We paid for our own paint.
3. We have no allegiances to any paint company.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
I decided to make this thread because I wanted you all to know that the GAP paint provided at HB was by far the best paint I have ever shot.
GAP lighting with Purple Shell and Orange fill shot amazing. Laser beams all day long. Our guns did not chop 1 ball all tournament long.
The paint broke on contact and it broke in places where almost any other paint would bounce.
I cannot say enough good things about this paint. I really hope more people catch wind of GAP paint and see it for what it is. Great quality paint.
I always thought that paint was secondary to skill, but boy was I wrong. When you have paint that is on target, it makes all the difference in the world.
Its heavier tournament shell makes all the difference in the world when shooting a lane.
Thanks to the GAP distributors that brought this paint to HB.
I sincerely hope they bring more to the next one!

it's a shame, i've never had a case of bad GAP...ever. I can't say the same for DXS, RPS, etc. (not saying it's bad paint, but I think GAP was VERY underrated)

Yep, GAP is great. We still have access to some, but when that is gone it is all gone. I suspect they will be back, the economy needs to get better first before they fire up the machines again though.

GAP isn't dead. They stopped making paintballs for a max of 6 months so they could continue doing what they really make (which is bath beads and other capsules)
GAP said if the econmy picked up they would start up again sooner, but if not "see you in 6 months"
they are not over. as Long as Dynasty exsists, so will GAP paint.

DXS Gold and XO shot like complete ****. I, along with most of my teammates, chopped every game of the event.

Yeah Alex Fraige's dad runs gap, when the economy picks up they will be back. That's the whole reason that Dynasty had them as a sponsor.

It is great paint, but this thread almost seems useless since, on Sunday at least, they flat refused to sell us any of it. Pretty ****ty since they decided to sell off all of the Evil including what teams had not only pre-ordered, but also fully paid for. Not to worry though, they offered DXS silver in place of it. Cause that's an equal paint
USPL was good, but they failed on paint
