Will paint be FPO or BYOP for the following events? I had heard that HB was FPO only to prevent getting the city of HB dirty. So since HB is done, will the rest of the events be BYOP?

Not that I know of. It was not because of the city of HB. It was because USPL needs to make money. They are not in this for charity after all.
