I'm going to CPX for the first time for a private game in about a month. I have checked out their website and it looks pretty cool. What should I expect?

I'm still pretty new at paintball. I have all my own equipment but I've only played like 5 times. Cany anybody offer me any tips about CPX or just in general?

Expect to have a good time! Be sure to ask your ref for me, I'd like to introduce myself to you and meet you in person. All of our fields are open for play and hopefully the weather will cooperate. We will be looking forward to seeing you and meeting in person.

Paint Sponsorships

And for all you team guys....

CPX Sports is looking into possibly picking up a few teams and hooking them up with a paint sponsorship for the 2009 season. The sponsorship would consist of several lines of paint; from economy quality for practice sessions up to tournament grade paint for events. The paint would be available at discounted price breaks based on quantity.

At this time, CPX has no plans to modify our current business model to accommodate on-site consumption in the form of tournament type practice sessions or events. The paint acquired through the sponsorship would have to be used off-site at non-CPX practices and events. This is just our way of trying to help out players in today's tough economic climate. We are in a position to help, and that's why we are doing this.

To apply for a team paint sponsorship, please email a team resume to cpxsports@gmail.com

Paul is the man, he has been giving us great deals on practice paint for the last two years that nobody can come close to matching, the paint is always fresh, shoots great, and we really appreciate it. Thanks alot paul for all of your help,

I've been at CPX full-time since March of 2005 but put in weekend hours a couple of years longer than that. If Pat used to work there sometime after March of 2005, then I'm sure I'd recognize his face. However it's hard to tell from just a name because almost everyone goes by some sort of nickname! Plus we have as many as 75+ employees at CPX too.

Hey Paul

Is there a safe place we can store our bags and remaining paint while we are out on the fields? Or is it best just to bring in what we need and leave everything else in the car?

Chet, it's always a good idea to lock up your valuables. We have several sets of lockers out in Central Park (the staging area). You will need to bring your own lock or we sell inexpensive ones in the pro shop. See you soon!
