Pretty much what the titles says. I've been semi- in the market for a pump and found a REALLY cheap dragunfly with a busted front block. Is there a way I can turn it into a pump somewhat easily?

It uses a non standard cocker front block. It fits the same way as an old(2005 and older) spyder va if I'm not mistaken. If you can find the parts for a spyder pump kit, you could make one with a little imagination.

Yep. If you look directly behind the block under the marker you can see the screw/lock washer holding it on.

You could always replace the front block

I am sure SOMEONE *cough*me*cough* has a whole spare front block laying around.

I am actually debating making a pump kit for my dragunfly, that would still work with the electronic frame (Just turn off the eyes on the tboard). Really wouldn't be too hard to make one. Couple rods threaded on the ends, drill and tap the other side of the back block, beautiful
