My idea for a new bumper

Hi, if anyone from PMI is reading this, please try my idea for a new bumper. What I suggest is a metal tube about the size of the current bumper, with soft rubber surrounding it. This would make it durable and harder to break. Thanks.

Piranhas and a lot of other blowbacks have a "not as squishy"(technical term) bumper in the back to keep from damaging the inner block. Anyone tried using that?

well, the softer bumper is in there to adsorb the dreaded shock (kick) that we all dislike. We are using not rubber, but an energy absorbing material that is patented. We are going to stop using the adjustment in the inner block and go to a thicker cross section and notch up the durometer.
Should be about November to get these in stock. We will post when they are available...
thanks for the suggestions.

wow, fancy patented rubber. why not just use a lighter hammer? think of the awsome kick reduction... well, if you dont make em, i will...

you need x amount of weight to hold the system closed
we have a lightened system in the works but we are still working on the retention of said system

lmao. i was waiting for someone to notice. yes, i don ont have an Omen (yet) but i should have it in about 6 months- a year. if all goes planned i should be able to get a cheap n2 tank for christmas, then a pipe for my birthday, then a Halo B and an Omen with my own money. things would probably go a lot quicker, but i won't be working much longer (i'm only 14, i mow lawns to make all my $$$, but it's getting colder and the grass is gonna stop growing soon) and my mom said she would'nt even think of getting me a new gun for Christmas since i already have 2 (selling my old m98c, that leaves the good ol A-5...moms just don't understand...)

but yeah, i desperately need a good tourney gun, i mean upgrading an A-5 will only work for a short time...plus, i like the unique factor of the Omen. i could probably go to every field in Ohio and maybe see 5...tons and tons of cockers and impys...

but yeah, what's a bumper?

Hey heres a tip. Dont buy a halo for the omen. Youy will only chop your paint. Halos dont work on omens because they are both force fed. Get an egg if u want a fast hopper. Bumper is this thing. the rubber black thing infront of the big red block thing. http://community.webshots.com/photo/...85738799RCBzQi

Dude Apoc. I want one of those so bad!! How much for them? and where can i get them? Will they accually work and not damage the block thing?

so for those of us with new omens, will there be a factory recall or replacements to update our guns to fix the problem?

He hasnt tested it on an omen yet. He soon is going to though. Once all the testing is done and if it really works good then i will definatley buy it.
