Yeah all the nppl, psp, recently uspl, and others have always had these. I think it's techinacaly against the rules but they usually allow them as long as they don't cause any problems and someone such as yourself Dan is OK with it.

I along with others prefer doing local deal to avoid the obvious stuff that goes along with dealing with people on the internet. Also with it being an event you can actually put a tank and paint to a gun before buying it.
