Where is there a full sheet of EPL rules, specifically 5-man? I searched the entire website and only found the rule changes for 09.

Pretty sure orange is a banned color. Does anyone know the exact list of banned colors for next season(2013)?

EPL - we need to clarification here

2.3.1. RaceTo-2 (5-MAN)
2.3.1.1. There may be no more than 10 people on a RaceTo-2 [5-MAN] roster.
2.3.1.2. There may be no more than 8 players on a RaceTo-2 [5-MAN] roster.
2.3.1.3. There may be no more than 5 staff members on a RaceTo-2 [5-MAN] roster.
2.3.2. RaceTo-2 [3-MAN]
2.3.2.1. There may be no more than 6 people on a RaceTo -2 [3-MAN] roster.
2.3.2.2. There may be no more than 5 players on a RaceTo -2 [3-MAN] roster.
2.3.2.3. There may be no more than 2 staff members on a RaceTo-2 [3-MAN] roster.

so is it 8 or 10 on a 5man? 5 or 6 on a 3man?

also, coaching is allowed?? only one person can coach? so only one person on the snake side can be talking? will penalties be enforced for teams who have multiple "coaches"

In this example that you provided, No players would be on the field. So this example would not work.

However to clarify there is only ONE coach allowed in the coaches box at any given time for your team. If one of your roster players is NOT playing, then they are allowed to coach from the coaches box. The other players are allowed to watch the game from the snake sideline, however they cannot go inside of the coaches box.

Colors like lime green and yellow are allowed?

but in my example, i still have 5 players on the field....im allowed 8 rosted players (5 of which are playing, 3 watching) and 2 staff members.

but i understand that there is only 1 "coach" allowed at a time. so this is the only person on the snake side thats allowed to talk to the team. i get that. no coaching from pits/dside i assume?

also, what is the penalty for people who are not the "coach" coaching? ive heard complaints from teams about this being an issue previous years and nothing was done about it.

People still yell. There is sometimes counter coaching. Think like psp events the crowd yells and then there our people that support their favorite team yelling positions of the other team. And yes people not"coaching" still yell when the other team is.
