Why not just sell me your Alias but back on topic, you would have to do some major milling to get the timmy internals to fit and you would have to tap new holes for screw and mill grooves and channels for the 'noid and wiring and such

^^^^ Not true at all!!!
There are some modifications that need to be made. None of them are major.
1.) Sand down the neck on the Alias front block where it fits into the body. It's slightly to large to fit into the NME body. You barely have to take any off.
2.) Tap the hole in the NME body that the front block set screw goes in. This can easily be done with hand tools cheaply available from Sears. You don't have to drill a new hole, just tap the existing hole to cut threads for the set screw. On the alias, the threads for the screw are on the body. On the NME, the threads for the screw are on the front block itself. You may have to buy a new set screw from the hardware store. I can get you details on the correct Tap size if needed.
With those two things done, you could install the Alias front block and bolt on the Alias trigger frame (including Alias board, and wiring) right to the NME body. Hook up the noid hoses, install the eyes, and you're done.
At this point you have an NME body with NME internals using an Alias Front block, Alias electronics, and Alias trigger frame.
If you want to take it further, you could install the Alias ram sleeve, ram, ram cap, and poppet w/cup seal. Honestly though I wouldn't bother. It won't make any performance difference. The NME internals work just as well as the Alias internals.
Let me know if you have any other questions. Don't let any of these guys tell you this is not possible or difficult...
It's both possible and easy to do!
If you aren't comfortable making the mods, I would be willing to do it for you (free) if you sent me just the body (no internals) and front block. You would just need to pay shipping. Just PM me.

Question on Trinity Alias front block on NME
I have a trinity intimidator front block. Thought it would be an exact fit from previous threads but I guess not.
Anyways, the part with the o-rings on the trinity block fits the NME body but the hole for the set screw is slightly off about 1mm too short for the nme screw to be aligned and looks like I have to modify the nme body for fit the barb also (anyone have a spare intimidator barb?).
Any suggestions?

Drill the hole on the body out just slightly bigger. Since the threads are on the front block, it won't cause any problems.
As far as the barb, unless it's in a different place on the Trinity block (can't tell from your pic), the body shouldn't need any modification. For an Empire or stock Alias block, the trigger frame needs to be notched for the barb, but the body doesn't need anything done to it.

Yeah I was confused about what you were saying about modding the body. The body does not need modded, just the frame to accept the lower placed barb if you are using the stock NME frame. And TJS is right, just dremel or drill the whole out a bit. It won't hurt a thing.
EDIT: Put some linens on your bed.

Those are nice looking. Did you cut a window in the NME frame on the top one?

Cut a window??? what do you mean? It never ever needed one. I don't know what you guys are talking about with all this modification. I never really had any issues. The Timmy bodies have the same space on the bottom of the bodies the NME's do...

Thanks guys. Those NME's look sweet with the Timmy bodies. Do they line up with the NME frame screws?

They line up nicely actually. The only modification for 2k5'ing necessary is the notch in the frame for the lower barb, and if you don't want to use the Trinity or 2k5 block then you need to tap the body for a grub screw. I didn't even have to widen the hole like he needs to above.
