It was nice to see both new and experienced players out there today. Field is a lot more developed than it used to be and the playing area is much bigger. The paint shot really nice (especially for its cost) - Only time I saw it bounce was specifically off an individual being long balled and on cushioned areas now and again but that's to be expected. Looking forward to tomorrow.

I'm Hector fan club member #1....lol
I'm glad you guys had a great weekend.
About how many showed up.
I know when a field starts out the numbers are kinda low, but I was wondering. It will be neat to see this place grow.

saturday we had around 15 on the field sunday rain kinda kicked us in the shins and only had 4 paintballers show up but a small group of airsoft we ran on the side ... we used it as a chance to get some landscaping done and build a couple new bunkers between the rain spurts

Yeah, I dont thaink anyone was getting #s on Sunday in Central Florida.
Even the scenario I was at had alot of people leave Sat. night because of rain. By game on Sunday morning, it stopped and didnt rain again.

Well...... Many have shot me in the face, in fact it seems to be a favorite past time here in the southeast...lol
We are kinda burnt out on Blanding for a while but wouldn't absolutely rule it out. We are wanting to get back over to Waynes soon but money is a big issue for most of us right now. We are watching what you guys are doin' here at the Farm fairly closely because its not too far for most of the team and my XO (Craig Grindle) lives like 5 minutes from there. The team has expressed interest in switching things up a bit and playing events and fields we dont usually play. We were at Grail this weekend and will be reffing Bloodlines in October. We are looking for inexpensive games in between.

I think all the drainage issues are finaly done with..... we got a good amount of rain, but about an hour after it rained you could barely tell with the exception of a few damp trees......I think the flood from last year did a good job of killing alot of the weeds that were making the field retain water.

Its pretty easy for us all to get burnt out on Blanding games....it used to be epic simply because it only came once a year and so much was put into it........now we have 3-4 Blandings a year and the passion isnt there as much as used to be.
It is amazing how many games we have to back out of this year because of money....WarMachine is at 1/2 strength till things start to pick up. I know we are doing 2 Wayne's Games this year and maby a Duncan game, but even then that might be pushing some of our members into selling their cars for paint........
Keep an ear open though, we already have a couple of scenarios planed for the new field and I even have something I would like for us to do for Easter....but till I get the "all-clear" from the Big Boss I dont want to speak out of turn.

No, you can buy paint whenever you need it by simply going to our admissions desk

The park is open from 9am-4pm (willing to stay open later if we have players that want to play still) but admission is for the day so earlier you show up more you get to play

If you pulled it out then you should have known there was a hole there in the first place.
I personally looked over the whole field and didn't see any big holes for water to collect.

Thats exactly whats going on with my team right now. I will DEFINATELY be on the lookout for a game at the Farm. After all, I gotta cash in on what "Hector" promised me ....lol Here is a question though, if the G.S.R.P. says "To blow a base, you simply have to place a foot at the opening of the command shack and say base blown" how does one do that if they have no feet?? Hector wanted me to find out the answer to that question.
Besides, I am itching to play this field since I walked it. Super cool field and now with War machine behind it I know that the development of this field is going to be top notch!!!
Let me know when it can go public..... I have some "media connections" that might just help a bit!
