Yep, lots of people. But there haven't been too many games yet this year - still waiting for all the snow to melt. I'm hoping Battleridge Paintball gets more members so we can get lots of playing in. I'd like to play at least one night a week in the summer, and weekends. But more people just need to sign up there so we can get a regular thing going. It's $50/3 months or $150 for all year - not a bad deal considering the field is 10 minutes away from Bozeman, and 5 minutes away from Belgrade. A membership will pay for itself in gas money alone pretty quick.

What I mean is that the field is a very short drive for most people, and the alternative is, well, to not play at all - or drive AT LEAST 1 1/2 hours to a decent field. Even if you play woodsball around here, you have to drive at least 30 minutes to get to a decent playing area. I love playing at Diamond Paintball in Billings, but I can't just drive down there every weekend, let alone on a weeknight...

how many people have memberships there? the thing about playing at battle ridge is there fields are crazy there like twice the size of regulation speedball fields, the fields are made up of spools and hay bails which isn't what most speedballers are lookin for.

Have you actually been on the field? Two of the fields are very close to regulation size speedball fields, one of them is actually smaller. There's only one field that is huge, and it was intended to be that way for a more "recball" type feel.

And what difference does it make what the bunkers are made of? If they stop paintballs and are arranged symmetrically on a small field - it's speedball. I don't know about you but I'd rather play on something than not play at all. This isn't southern California, we have to make due with what we have. If enough people showed interest, and payed their dues, maybe Tom and Clint would buy an air field. For gawd sake, how do you think we played before air bunkers were invented?.....
