Question Indian creek bushmaster 2000

What do you guys think of this gun. I know a guy who says he would give me a good deal on it. What would be a fair price for one. (he's also throwing in a 3000 psi tank which is carbon fiber) Is a a decent gun?

Not very much... ICD guns are cheap, and if its a b2k, under 100, with the tank, maybe 100-125.

B2k is the poor mans impulse really. Get another 150 or so and get a cheap DM5 or DM6.

They work fine for speedball, if I can play with a pump, he can play with a b2k. I've played with b2ks before, and they work fine.

really? for $100 i can pick up a b2k4 with eyes
For another $30 or so i can get a chaos/nox board for it
A sonic, aka, or palmers lpr will cost $50ish
toss in the mandatory regulator for another $60 or so
What are we up to? $240?
a clamping feedneck can be had for around $20

That's $260 and youre' getting a marker that's a bit larger, a bit heaver than new markers that can keep up with them.

You say the tray is making it too big and tall? That's ok, ICD greg makes a frame for it that deals with that issue; it costs $125 it's got one hell of a trigger on it too.

That's a grand total of $385 for a marker the size of an ego for significantly cheaper that will preform nearly exactly the same.

I had a bushy2000 that i sold a few months back. It's a good marker, but i wouldnt pay more then 125 w tank. Honestly an upp'd ion is better, and dont flame cause ive owned both.

Ps if the one ur looking at have a silver q-lock, let me know its mine :p

What about an ion makes it better? I'm curious as to what you're thinking because i've also owned both.

I personnally use in ICD a backup to my ego it is much tougher and rugged then an ion and performs about the same. I like it alot it is older and not as flashy but you will not be outgunned you can definately hold your own against any $1000+ marker.

Try it out, see how it feels to you, thats all that matters. don't worry if people think that is is obsolete. personally, I'd take that over an ion any day. the ICD has at least some uniqueness to it, when you go to play with it there won't be fifty 12 year old kiddies with the exact same gun going on about how much it pwns.

a 2000 is definatly outdated. They were good guns...in 2000 and 01. I had a b2k3, a bko, and have dealt with freestyles. The b2k3 and higher is a good gun for the money now days, as long as its with PDS.

i would agree that now days a promaster on ebay for 100 bucks is a much better gun. Couple that with a tank and a decent hopper(at least a good ol halo b), and you will be set up with a good gun that will keep up.
