yeah you may have to back it out a turn or two when you get paint through it. But usually 4-5 turns causes no problems.

Need Help!
I hate to ask a dumb quetion, but i was always told (no question) is a dumb question! I don't know if you covered my ? or not was so overwhelmed with all the good info. I just recently bought a used Luxe, I have no idea how much paint was shot through it.But my problem is i am getting first shot drop. i can get it in to ramp and it does fine. But if i let it set a minute or two like between games i pull the trigger one time and it shoots weak the second shot is better.I dont think it has any mods so do you suggest adjusting the manifold screw like you indicated or what do you suggest.

you can up the dwell if it's not stock. You can up the fsdo parameter. You can also replace the oring the manual says to replace. Try different lube if you wish. You can also try backing out the mainfold a turn or two.

raise your fsdo', if problem still persist reguardless of how high the fsdo setting it set replace the rear-most o-ring in the fire chamber
honestly the fsdo shouldnt really need to be anything higher than 10ms unless you are in a cold climate but its still pretty decent temp's this time of the year depending on where you are', for summer temps with the fsdo at 10ms and a properly cleaned/lubed luxe you should have no drop off issue's...id be willing to bet your rear o-ring needs to be replaced, of course come winter when its <50 outside you will need to raise that fsdo accordingly

Its probably loctited. Try a drop of gun oil on the screw itself and let it sit. Thats how I got mine loose.

lefty loosey, righty tighty
let it sit for 10-15 minutes and give it a whirl, should break free with ease, just make sure your allen is inserted good and solid with no slippage or side to side play before you break it free...or it"ll strip it

That loctite is hard to break loose. The oil is really the best thing for it since heat could cause more harm than good. All I can say is keep torquing on it and hopefully it will break loose.

you might just need to keep wiggling it. dont put too much force into it or you'll break the wrench though. is your wrench really long or a short one?

He will strip the screw before he breaks the wrench unless his wrench is made of toothpicks.

Oil is subjective. Depending on the oil you use some will work better than others. A thicker oil won't creep into the threads like a thinner oil. I used 3 in 1 oil to break mine loose.
