Sick Sick Sick dude....

I love the inserts too

I've got a semi-similar project and making inserts for the threads would actually make things easier.

Did you do that all on a manual mill?

Awesome. How much does it weigh? Also, do you have inserts in the lower tube as well? How much would a project like this cost?

Bartman ...Thanks ..I'm not good at posting pic's.
Thats all done on a manual mill. Don't have the big bucks for a CNC.
I sleeved the G10 for the threaded areas only and used the feeder tube to lock the barrel sleeve inplace. The air chamber is also sleeved. All threades are Helicoilded.

It's weight is 3lbs as you see it ... with reg and drop. but not done yet...

You should now mill away as much of it as possible, go for the world's lightest cocker.

i had one of those barrels. Their really light and shot ok for a while... after a few games a piece flaked out of the inside and caused breaking of paint.... and no i didn't take a nose dive on it or anything.

Well whats the world's lightest cocker weigh?? As you see it, it's 3 lbs. I like the Stiffy barrel. Shoots nice for with no problems.

Yeah His Dark Was Light...I've seen lighter cockers too. The Full Bodied Boston Paintball Twisters tipped the scales at 2lbs 2oz with Reg.

Oh I understand. I know your not trashing.. I was just wonding what the lightist cocker was. I left more G10 then I can just to keep it strong in places I feel needed. The first one I did was about a 1lbs but it was destroyed. I think I made to thin. This one I did leave more on it ..

I goit to take a look at this IRL this weekend at MMG. Was vary light, and Ken has now found a way to actualy coat teh material with color. He had a coating on it that was simular in looks to the orialis look of the Eclipes guns. But its was a darker color.
