Exclamation a cocker frame fits---but not the sear!!

Ok I have a mokal fokus and I did a little experiment to see if a autococker frame would fit my gun--and get this---it fits just perfectly!!

But the sear does not trip the hammer--the sears to short-

So my question is how can I modify the sear to be longer so it will trip the hammer? IS this possible? IT would be fat to put on a autococker hinge frame on my gun and maby even a eblade frame---lol

Anyhow thanks a lot!

Peace,
Will

I would hazzard a guess that , making a custom sear would be your best bet.

easily done with the right tools even for a home job,

or yopu could always totaly modifie the the frame so your spyder works witha cocker 4-way valve and have the valve actualy trip the sear via a ram, .

this might work, and I would thinkit would make the pull light fast and the hole set up would be totaly insane.

After all this is a custom job. Might be worth a try .

But that would turn your blowback into a full auto. As long as you held down the trigger and the sear was depressed, the marker would cycle in a full auto fashion. Much like taking out the sear in a blowback pulling the cocking knob back and letting it go.

if hes getting a custom made sear it could probably be done

my idea would be to have a normal sear, but flat on the bottom so that the trigger would miss it completely if pulled. From there, either you change the design to have a small nob or else get a set screw (adjustable) so that the trigger could pull it. Then when you pull the trigger back it pushes the set screw or whatever, moving the sear back. After the hammer is released, the trigger skips over the bump and the sear returns to its start. Then when the trigger is released, it pushes the sear up and has no affect on the hammer.

warpedmephisto i agree, i myself have thought of doing this, just put a light mainspring on it and it would go back all the way, allowing a ball to fall into the breech, come forward, fire, and cycle.
