Microsoft Office Home and Student used at a business

Here is my predicament. I was hired at my company to be the systems administrator. When I got there, I found a few copies of Office Home and Student editions and Standard editions. I still don't know who has which one as there was no sort of organization of software. I am fixing this issue with all new computers and software, but that's besides the point.

I am wanting to know what kind of trouble I can get for them using the H&S editions at a corporation. I have explained before that you cannot use it at a business due to licensing, but anyone know a better way I can put it?

What's the odds of Microsoft auditing a sub-100 employee company?
Here longer than you...
