Just thought I'd post a quick update, I have gotten in contact with Dupont NZ and am in the process of getting some low-fricton delrin blocks, and have also gotten in touch with a machinist who can shape delrin using my solidworks drawings.

Just waiting to hear back from dupont.

Possible to make those two sides have less contact with the side walls? Will this cause wobble? Thought would be to decrease friction (yes I know its delrin).

I think the SFT oring area on the stock bolt is stepped slightly, will this be included? Good luck, looks good.

The stock bolt on later model Nerves was stepped slightly at the SFT o-ring. On the NDZ I believe the whole end of the bolt was just angled a bit.

If your machinist has solidworks I can send him the actual file which has all the dimensions in it.
most machine shops will just use a iges file or a parasolid.

on the inside of the face roud the edge.

edit: round everything. if you got to fine of a edge it will cause wear and friction. on a bolt that isn't good.
