New Hopper, What to Get?!

Hey Guys.

I need to buy a new hopper.

There are quite a few in mind:

VLocity Jnr - $120
Halo B V35 - $110

Now here are the pros and cons (From what Ive heard)

Halo:

Pros: Fast, Tried and Trusted, Looks cool, Low Profile

Cons: Battery Hog (about 5 cases they say), Apparently the shell breaks easily, Heavy

Vlocity:

Pros: Light, Still very fast (not like V35), Very small, big lid

Cons: Most Expensive, Battery Killer (2 Case Max), also apperently the Shell is not very strong...

Can you guys comment, share experiences?

Is there anything else thats just as good for the same price? Other Options are the Spyder Fasta 18V, or the Empire Reloader B...

Thanks

All I can say is my experience with Halo B's has been very positive. Both of mine were purchased used and averaged $50 USD each. Neither have jammed or broke using regular field paint. One did come with a dead set of eyes (the IR sensor used to detect paint in the stack), but a set was purchased off PBN for $10 shipped, and they worked beautifully. Shipping from the US to SA takes a LONG time (20+ days in some cases), so I would pay the little extra and buy new, locally. Your price of R1100 is about $105 US, which is better than my local shop is offering them at.

I bet that you can find a Halo B or Empire B (both with Rip) for under $100 new if you look in the right places. Halo's are awesome loaders.

the shell is what Im most concerned with...

I dont want to Pay $30 for shells, and the actual hopper cost $110...

Other options are the

Spyder Fasta 18v LED - $90
Empire Reloader B - $100

spyder hopper lol don't even bother. halos last pretty good on batterys well mine has on good ones been atleast 10 cases hasn't flashed red yet it rarely jams it does the odd time ive never shot a vlo so I cant comment if the normal halo is cheaper go for it the v35 is pretty pointless no one shoots that fast.

You mean Kingman.

And stay away from the Fasta, its not bad performance wise, but the shell breaks very very easily.

my two cents on the Halo i bought one brand new, and it didn't last long, it just wouldn't feed i tried two brand new sets of eyes and they would work for a little while and then same problem so i sold it bought a VLo Jr. and couldn't have been happier with my decision.

how the battery life on the VL Jnr?

I just bought it.

I had the chance to get a 2nd hand Magna for the same price, but the inside was dirty, and a littl rust was present (I know WTF?!?!?!?)

Im gonna get the Virtue Chip. Does it help with battery life?
