guns are personal preference. i have shot many over the past 11 years of playing. you need to make your own decision on what you want in a gun and go from there. don't get a specific gun because someone else said so. like above mentioned about the ion. i hate when people dog them as mine has served me quite well in many tournaments and still gets regular use when i go play recball.smart parts, proto,eclipse, dye you can't go wrong with any of them. shoot what feels good to you as each of the ones you listed has basically the same features and everything needed to be a capable entry level tournament gun.

buying used is not a bad idea either as you can get more bang for your buck.

if you can find get a Lasoya Promaster, it's cheap and it has a board that you can change any setting. That for beginner tho.

I would go with The epiphany its a reliable gun,i had won btu i sold it to my friend i now have a dangerous power g3.

Try going to your local shop, if they have some guns on display ask them if you can hold them and try them out, see how they feel in your hands. You have the main idea on what you want to buy. Oh, and lastly I recommend buying your first gun at a local shop. Usually they come with warranties, so if you never need any tech help ect. you can get quick help, hopefully for free.

i would go with out of the gun where looking at the pmr. but i think the best gun for ur money is an fep quest they go for like 150$ and they shoot really really smooth easy to clean efficent just a good gun

with the money you would spend on any of those guns buy a G3 they are the lightest gun on the market( they will be good for you especially since you are a front player) i have test fired on before, they shoot amazing
