Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets

The paintball club and team at the Georgia Institute of Technology have been reformed.

GT Paintball is a chartered sport club with support from the Student Government Association as well as the student body.

The new incarnation of the Georgia Tech Paintball Club started in the fall of 2008 with about a dozen members striving for support from the school and for funding for events. Now there are over 50 people involved with the club.

GT paintball strives to accommodate players from around the world, who like to play all forms of paintball including woodsball and speedball. The club is striving to make sure anyone who wants to play paintball will be able to at Georgia Tech, whether it is competitive or recreational play, every week or just once a semester.

Keep in mind that this is not the official communication method for Tech students, the mailing list is. If you are a Tech student and aren’t on the mailing list, email Fernando Arias at f.arias@gatech.edu and ask to be added to the list. Also be careful of what you post here, this is a public forum and not everything we discuss in private is appropriate to post here.

good luck this year guys, and hope that your recent issue in the news doesn't have the current administration hold anything against your club, and they provide you guys with some "sponsorship"

AND YOU HAVE A GIRL ON YOUR ROSTER!!!!!! She could be a killer snake player, or a dominating back player, but put her in a bikini near the other teams pit or snake netting, she'd get more of them out by distraction!! She'd be like kryptonite to the 12 year old ego noobs.

lol, no. Never met the guy. I think he was long gone before I reformed the team.

Though his reputation stays, I have tons of old pics from 2002-2006 of the old team. Stuff they left on the old web server.

Nope. That's all the old team's doing. All of the old GT gear was never retrieved. Though, I found tons of pbnation posts selling those shockers and GT edition pants.

i remember seeing someone up at the wildifre indoor with one, he wasnt playing, but had it. the one i saw was sick. it was dust black, with the gt bee guy on it. lazer engraved. it also had a ccm frame with the sft reg and adapter. one of the sickest shockers ive seen imo. if anyone see one or has one, hit me with a pm.

OK guys, don't forget about the first GFOA this weekend. Mandatory meeting Thursday, and maybe an optional meeting Friday as well to relax and finalize things.

I suggest you check out http://www.pspevents.com/ to watch videos from PSP Phoenix that may be a very similar layout to the GFOA.

that's what max was selling.
it'd be cool if they brought those back. except in eclipse form.

yeah maybe, but those shockers were so sick. and shockers are getting harder to find amongst teams. but a gt edition geo would be hawt. but at anyrate. good luck this season and i look forward to playing you guys at the gfoa.

Nobody currently on the team has one, I've never even seen one. As far as I know, these were not approved, and were payed for illegally, thus shouldn't have ever existed.

lol ok.... does a guy name eric play for yall??? u guys might remember us we were atomic aftermath...... the team that was out there that wasnt from hot shots
