Halo lid.. need help..

Okay, I've never owned a Halo and my brother just brought me his wanting me to put a speedfeed on it. I can't figure out how to get the lid off! I tore it apart and looked everywhere but still couldn't figure it out. Someone give me some help..

If it is a normal halo shell when you split the shells in half you should be able to just pull the lid pin out.

Well, you can't split the shells on top. I just talked to him and he said it had a warrior shell kit on it?? Its supposed to strip down quicker.

The top comes off in one piece..

well in that case you either have 2 tiny screws underneath the top that releases the lid pin. or you have to drive the lid pin out with a tiny allen wrench enough to grab it with pliers and then pull it the rest of the way out.
