had to order one so i got it from ANSgear, and it didn't come with that little plastic piece to speed up or slows it down...
not too concerned but now just a little worried about paint getting inside near the board.
if all u ordered was a shell it dont come with that that works with the internals u would have to just take off ur old shell and out on a new one no biggie
