Huh? Didn't know that back 80 now has a discussion thread here in MN. Guess I'll have to show up in real life there after not being there since opening day to talk about this awesome thread.

So you were at Back80 on opening day back in '99? Sweet, I miss the old huge single field they had, now they have 7 fields haha.

Nah Twitch, I meant opening day this year. It's Bob here. I showed up and waited for an hour or so while you and mat took your sweet time getting up there. After that I had gone to Living Legends to play and ended up winning Sportsmanship award while I was at it.

Oh hey man. Open plays been better the last 3 or 4 week, usually 6-12 people have been showing up. Then every other week we've been going to Skyline in Rochester, oh and btw Skyline is having a Rookie tournament on the 20th, should sign up, we are.

There's 5 teams signed up besides mine and it's $100 per team. It's a 3-man, and we'll probably only have 3 players and maybe a pit guy.

Ahh well, I don't have people to play with for a team. The guys I usually play with have no experience whatsoever with tourney style play. One guy has a BT4 for a main and has only played I want to say three times. Another owns an Ion, which works fine, but he has trouble turning it on if you get what I'm saying. Then the other guy is Eli, and I don't think I need to explain why he is full of so much fail to you dude.

it would be hard to practice any speedball because the field they used is now taken over by corn. The hyperball and woodsball fields are still probably playable?

Hey bro
I play for MN Paradox, we are a PSP Team that works for Back 80. We do all our practices at Skyline Paintball in Rochester. It's a small X-Ball field but it's better than what we have at home. The owner sold our X-Ball field a while back, and last year they tore down the netting and what not. Skyline's not to far and it's a great facility. If you ever wanna get in some practice reps with us send me or Twitch a PM. Hope I was of some help.

The hyperball field isn't bad for practice and scrims, but like Gaulke said, Skyline is the place to go for some airball.
