these are the things I do at my house
Push Ups sit ups etc...
Lunges (makes your legs stronger so you can stay on your toes longer)
Go to a step and stand heels over the step so your toes are only on the step and go down and up, makes your calves stronger and you can get a faster start and jump higher
Put your arms against a wall and run against it, makes your legs stronger making you faster
Get balance pads and lift weights
These are some of the few things that help, pretty much any workout is good. It all depends on how dedicated you are to the sport and your workouts.
