im guessing the rev limit is like 9k.. and you know what rpm the cross is.



wouldnt theoretically a 4.8 liter v8 (double k24) with 93 octane and the same boost make way more then 750hp on pump gas?

only dyno sheet i have is with a centri blower and an unlocked auto while my car was running 11psi

That thing takes a while if 5250rpm is all the way over there.

That's a whole lot of assumptions but sure.

takes a while to do what... that surge in power is from the vtec crossover (stock cams). its stilling making over 300 ft lbs before that bump in power.


wish i had the full chart. its spooled well before 5250

he gutted it and took out all the sound tar (lots in new cars) and put all the interior back in. it might be a little more then 2500 now that i think about it. turbo kits arent that light.

im not really sure whatd it weight now that i think about it. he took a **** load of sound deadneing out even going up the fire wall. and the RPF1's are way lighter then stock. His car also doesnt have side airbags which is a 100+lb option iirc.


either way the car weighs 2700 stock. 300ft lbs below the powerband is plenty. 540 and 400torque up top does the job. ****s on that super charged dyno.


remember we are also talking about a car with a 4.7 FD ratio.. at 80mph in 5th gear the car is at like 4500 rpms. its never out of the power band.
