Hey everyone. After some long workouts at the gym and some grueling drills, I thought it might be a good idea to have a way to keep track of everything we have been doing and stay motivated. So one day I was looking at an XSV workout thread and noticed they have already been doing just that, I figure this will be a great way for us to stay on top of workouts and keep each other motivated. (thanks XSV
So I will be posting my daily workouts on here, or even lack there of (give me hell if I'm slacking). I encourage everyone to do the same, and post any new workouts that they may be doing and how the results are coming along.
And as always, everyone please feel free to put in your two cents.
Ill start this thing off:
I feel like I got of easy but I spent the last two days in Tahoe. I couldn't resist the tasty pow! Hell of a leg workout though. But Ill be back to normal workouts tomorrow.
