ok so i was talking to this big land onwer about opening up a field and he seems intrested, and asked me to give him a bussness plan.
anyways, i need some help with this cuz i have no idea what i would need like how to get it certified so that its all leagle and there wont be ppl sueing the owners for falling down and hurting them selves.
and like what kind of lisences do i need and all those things that is required?
