Springfield Paintball Inc. CLOSING!!!! but....
Springfield Paintball Inc. Has closed!
If you didn't know Steve Alsup, owner of Springfield Paintball Inc. and Kick'n Paintballs. His wife Nancy was diagnosed with Cancer this year. This kinda explains to everyone who may have called the store and got answers that we didn't have most things in stock or I couldn't order anything. Nancy and Steve's insurance does not cover Nancy for her treatments. So Steve did not have the money for me to order new things for the store.
Steve put the property that SPI is located on up for sale. The property sold this week. I was told yesterday that the last day that we will be in business is Dec. 20th. I have played at SPI since I was 14 and have been employed there for the last 4 years. This was a big shock for me right before Christmas. Ever since Nancy has started her treatments I have been the only full time employee at SPI. So basically I was running the business by myself being there 7 days a week, doing all the ordering and all the paint shipments and orders for Kick'n Paintballs. Just like I was owning it and it was mine.
I started my purchase of Springfield Paintball today and will be finishing the paperwork and all the little details at the start of the week. I have untill the 21st of January to be at the property that I am at now. I do not own land in Springfield. But I am looking for property. When I do find the right property I will open a field and proshop. I am planning on opening an Indoor field with out door fields as well. My dad and all my brothers are all in construction, its not going to be a problem getting a building specifically for playing paintball. We will just have to see whats going to happen.
THE KICK'N INDOOR IS STILL ON!
Tomorrow is my first day of owning my paintball business, I need a name if there are any suggestions. We will not have open play. No insurance as of yet but will have it by the middle of the week. The proshop is open and paint is still shipping out!

Queen City paintball. That is the other name for Springfield(Queen City) that would pay respect to the old....and make way for the new Tim. Just my 2 cents  sorry it had to happen this way....but congrats Tim, if there is anything Third Reich and myself can do.....let me know also .
