i got this bko and i can not get the bko bolt pin out to get the bolt out. how do i get it out. i cant get the feedneck off either. will my ion feedneck screw on. my bko is a 2004.

loosen the screw ont he back of the bolt to make getting the pin out easier.

the feedecks aren't easy to get off. I suggest the use of a strap wrench and heat if you still can't get it.

DO NOT use a feedneck with ion threads. Get one with bushmaster threads.

Ion feednecks will NOT work. They fit, but not well. There have been reports of people's feednecks stripping right out because the threads are a tiny bit smaller. But, because of the imperfectness of machining, not every feed-tube/ feedneck is made the same way. Some people have no problems with them at all. Personally, I wouldn't take the risk. I tried it once, and the feedneck fit like crap.
