My Ludwig Vistas clear, sandblasted to diffuse the lights. Great kit, very loud, very flashy.

Im feeling that kit, nice choice of double kick as well. also, bump that j craft that was quoted a few posts up.

A few projects, ibby recently completed, and I just need to wire everything up after i make a control plate for the kramer. I scalloped the upper frets, not sure if you can see it in the pics.

one of my main squeezes

I dont have any flicks of my other guitars, or my rig. But until I take some, Im running a rackmounted dual rec into a pre-mackie crate 215 and a 1960a. I run a mf350 as well, but its mainly for backup, im not a fan of solid state. Everything stays inside a rack including a furman rp8, dbx 266xl, bbe 362 sm, kord dtr 2000, and Ill occasionally run an orignial crybaby (depending on who im playing with/what im playing) russian big muff, and Im always running a TS9.

I'm new at playing guitar and right now I'm using a Charvel Jackson model 6 acoustic guitar that my grandad gave me a long time ago. I was just wondering if that is a good guitar and will last me a long time.

edit: a guy might sell me his American Deluxe Strat HSS for 400 bucks. shipping may prove prohibitive though...

My main amp. Capable of some of the most bonecrushing gut busting bladder bursting distorted bass tones I've ever heard. Soundguy at the last show I played felt it was nessacary to tell the entire audience during preshow soundcheck to get diapers so custodians aren't cleaning **** and piss off the floor when I played.

The first two are of my main kit, Wine Red Pearl EX Exports, currently a 6 piece but i will be adding a 14x14,16x16 ( Left Side ),18x16 Floor Toms and a 8x7 Rack Tom ( Switching my rack tom setup around, more Neil Peart-Ish ). The third pic is my Current kit for this Deployment, its a late 80's Tama Rockstar. Last kit is my Roland Practice Kit, setup as a TD3 right now, but will have a TD8 module when i get home. I've been having a problem with my Peavey Vyper 15 watt amp. Its way to loud. With the volume on 0 it still is extremely loud. I've tried unplugging the power cord from the back, reconnecting it. Ive tried switching outlets and I've tried switching cords.

Jazz III picks FTW. Love the tonal advantage you get from their texture/point.

Question for those using metal-faced humbuckers...any tips for battling condensation? It's very humid this time of year, especially with the recent hurricane activity, and I'm having real issues keeping my Schecter from developing rust. I'm very good about wiping oils and such after playing, but there's moisture collecting on the pickups before I pick it up.

Kept in a regular gig back by the way, not an open stand or wall-mount.
