supra, you should also check your base boost, maybe your wastegate actuator has gone to ****

I already put a helper spring on it.

I'm not sure how/why that would explain the random drops in power though

Why couldn't you put an mbc on a bosch mbc left hand car? I've finally given up on APCs cuz they kept breaking

If it makes a difference, the misfires or whatever only seem to happen after I've been driving for awhile. If I let the car get to operating temp then go WOT it's usually fine. Do DICs overheat?

I use those, you can check the DIC for leaks by taking the rubber boot off. On the t5 red top DIC they have a green oil, but in my case I had REALLY bad misfires at WOT and it cause a CEL.

hmm

I'm not sure whether I should go replace the plugs or not. I'm sure it wouldn't hurt but I don't know if it's necessary. And I was wrong, that set that's in there now is one step cooler than stock, not hotter.

I usually wait until i get the CEL to replace my plugs otherwise I just follow normal saab intervals

Well I mean I've replaced them in the past and it's never fixed the misfires.

Though I'm pretty sure I'm past the recommended interval at this point.
