I find Saab exteriors to be average but ugly on the old ones. However the seats are so god damn ****ing comfortable. Holy ****, I have to use profanity to express how comfy they are.

I'm the guy that got the Viggen '99 Viggen Hatch in Lightening Blue (only color available in '99) We ran the numbers and there are approximately 300 '99 Viggens left in the states. It's a great car so far. Plenty of power and terrible torque steer.

Seats are pure sex.
The Viggen has the B235R 2.3L engine out of the 9-5/9000 except with some upgraded parts and a TD04 Turbo. This all came stock on the Viggen. For mod's it has a GS Open air intake, SPEC Stage 2 Clutch, and a real boost gauge.

Ehh, those rim's are coming off in a month or so anyway. I just didn't get a chance to switch the caps over from the viggen rims.

just picked up a 03 9-3 thursday. Really just got it to flip so i can get a e36 but the ****ing car has started to grow on me. only problem is she's auto with the manual option. if it was straight 5spd i really dont think id be selling her as soon as i plan
get some pics up after i finish basic maint. and finish the detailing after we get slammed by the snow.
just need to get some new headlights and a new front bad and she'd be ready to rock

9-3 for sure unless you need the extra space of the 9-5. Shops are going to rape you for repair costs just because it's a saab. The engines will run forever but most of the issues with them come from little electrical issues. If you can DIY repair cost definitely isn't an issue as parts aren't too much more expensive than any other car if you buy them from reputable places.

That is the appeal to most people. They're different they're quirky you don't see them every day. Plus they have a ton of features that I got used to fast. I love night panel button that shuts off all the gauges and lights on the dash except for the speedo from 0-90. I love the extra wipe that comes a minute later after washing your windshield. I love the weatherband feature on my stock radio. There's just a lot of little unknown features about them that you don't find out until you actually own the car.

exactly. I find something new every day.
I actually like this car as much or more than my 04 MDX. That was a nice car though.
