The thing about local fields are not enough parking and sometimes not enough fields.

The venue would still cost money - just not as much, most likely.

I'm sure as since NEPL and USPL are working together that you would see a way lower cost for the USPL event(for the USPL itself, not the teams/players granted I heard it will be cheaper for teams/players as well) at maynard. Why would NEPL charge an amazing amount of money for USPL. Maynard would get soo much recognition and alot of teams that plan to play the event would be practicing at maynard for the event.

I bet the deal will be if you are a NEPL Platinum team or play so many event you entrance will be discounted to USPL, but if you are a non-NEPL team the USPL entrance will be the same as all of the other events.

I doubt it. USPL is paying BPS to hold an event there. Why would USPL knock anything off their price?
BPS then has to weigh out if its worth the pain in the ***. Its not really going to be great exposure because I dont think the USPL will be advertising like the NPPL did. And also any competitive north east team already knows about Maynard because of the NEPL. I doubt this will draw many rec players because its not going to be advertised. What would BPS be gaining from it? Basicly it boils down to USPL will give me X ammount of cash to hold their event there. I can make X ammount of cash on a given Thursday - Sunday. Then is the differnce worth the pain in the *** of having a event that large run at your facility. What damages will be done to your equipment. And whatever other costs are involved.
I would love to have it here and I think BPS would be really helping out the north east paintball community by holding it here....but thats easy for me to say its not my money or my sanity at stake

The Topsfield fairgrounds is a lot less then 45 mins from Boston if you are not counting traffic. Without traffic only 20 minutes to the fairground

Expand? to what? They already run 5 Turfed fields.
HB is not going to be the same as Boston....because one is national the other is regional. There will probably be some kind of trade show at the 2 national events however i doubt there would be one for just a regional.
