so there is this bko my friend has for 50$ and i wanted to know the bps it can do. my friend said it is capped at 10bpsi think. i think it is a 2004. is there any upgrades for it?

The BKO can physically cap out at 18bps. Depending on the board you may be capped at 13bps.

most likely 18, check vaporworks for upgrades. they are handling ICD's products

i can shoot over 10 bps and the gun wont go no higher. how do i change the bps

Depends on what board you have. Does your board say "8300" on it and have dip switches?
